Wadden Race (Harlingen)

Go to the website of the National Wadden RaceThe Wadden race, the last race before we enter the winter. This year it will be sailed on 4, 5 and 6 November. We start in Harlingen. Then we have to visit Den Oever, Texel, Vlieland and Terschelling as soon as possible. You can decide the route yourself and by making smart choices in it you can make the most profit. There is even a price for the ship that sails most according to its own prediction, which the navigator submitted to the race management on Saturday morning.

The Wadden race is characterized by stormy weather, seafaring and cold at night. A very exciting competition with nutrition for many tough sailing stories. In 2019 we did not finish due to stormy winds, so it was not justified to sail further. In 2020 the race was cancelled due to the Corona restrictions. We didn’t finish in 2021, but got stranded on Terschelling, so in 2022 we are going for it again.

Registration has already started so if you like it, quickly let us know and book via the “Book now!” button.

We organize all competitions including catering. If you want to join or have questions, you can call Laurens Orange (06-21506336) or email info@johannaengelina.nl.
