Not a standard activity, but a day (or weekend) of blowing away the cobwebs on the IJsselmeer or the Wadden Sea — an unforgettable experience for the whole team. Many companies have gone before you aboard the Johanna Engelina: tech firms, law offices, accountants, creative agencies, healthcare institutions and schools. Thanks to the informal atmosphere and working together on board — without the hierarchical relationships of the workplace — everyone grows closer again. The staff outing on the Johanna Engelina is suitable for 10 to 53 people during the day, and up to 33 people with an overnight stay. You choose between a day package or a weekend package. The route is put together in consultation with skipper Laurens: sailing across the IJsselmeer, a visit to historic harbour towns such as Volendam, Hoorn or Muiden, or an island stop at Terschelling. The catering can be put together entirely to your wishes: from a sailing BBQ to a walking dinner, from an extensive lunch to drinks and snacks at sunset. Our cook prepares everything fresh on board. Departure harbours: Harlingen or Amsterdam. Other harbours are possible on request. During the sailing trip everyone can pitch in with hoisting the sails and taking the helm, or simply relax and enjoy the view on deck.
